RESume is a two-stage project using machine learning to create the infrastructure and systems architecture to enable a fully connected, digital manufacturing environment.
Stage one will incorporate an energy model of the NMIS building and service plant relating to building operations and against the approved design/ construction specification.
Energy and environmental performance will be recorded as a ‘baseline’, against which future alterations will be referenced. This will help identify potential opportunities for improved performance and demonstrate necessary future practices to work towards net zero.
Stage two will capture the energy performance of the manufacturing plant and systems located within the NMIS building.
Energy analysis of the manufacturing plant operations will be undertaken, and the resulting energy and environmental performance of the building will be investigated.
